You can have multiple values on Attributes, you just need to untick the One value per attribute option in Configuration> Ecommerce Options.

You got me doubting myself so have just amended the invoice on one of my sites. Checked the pdf invoice and the changes I made are there.

Order Notification is the e-mail you get to tell you an order has been placed on your website. Order Confirmation is the e-mail your customer gets.

What is the difference between Order Notification and Order Confirmation? Sometimes one is sent and sometimes the other.
