gift voucher

i would like to make a gift voucher box to appear on each page. I know i can create the box, but, how would I create a voucher generator for people to buy and then email to a third person?

I know it sounds easy...................:confused:

If you have the Business Park package (or higher) you can designate a product as a Gift Voucher. This means that the price is used as the value of the voucher. When a customer purchases it, they can have it sent to friends/family via email.

You could also create a custom Block (via the Block Manager) with a suitable image or text which links to the Gift Voucher product page.

Aha! Thats a real easy way to do it ;-)

i supose creating a new form for emailing out details or something similar would be needed?

There's no need for creating a form, the facility to send out Gift Vouchers is provided automatically to customers who've purchased them.
