Rob,

I just created a seperate testimonial page.....

http://www.teamtorquesteer.co.uk/testamonials.html

The customer does also have the product review option of course.

And the Contact Us form also has a selectable subject field which is "Feedback", so the customer can send you feedback which you can then add to your Testamonials page. Perfect virtuous circle (depending on the feedback, of course...)

excellent! A nice easy answer that even my thick fingers can deal with.
Nice site there Martin.
Do you want to sell tees and sweats etc? I am sure we could come to an arrangement :-)
Don't wish to appear cheeky, just looks like it would fit your range :-)

Should we all consider linking to each other? Do the search engines still like that sort of thing? I know I am in the wrong thread but thought i would ask

I just read an article which said that despite rumours to the contrary, recriprocal linking is not dead. Overdoing the two-way links to meaningless sites can be detrimental, but good quality links still count for something.

I have kind of proved this to myself, because as a new site I have been told it would take a long time to get a Google Page Rank. I have concentrated over the last 3 or 4 weeks to get some quality links (i.e links to other toy related sites), and a couple of days ago I suddenly had a Page rank of 1 (whoopee... well, it's a start)
