I'm hoping someone a bit more "techy" than me might be able to help. I've just upgraded to IE8 (by mistake) and can't seem to print invoices anymore or do anything else that launches a new page / window. When I click on the printer icon in the order processor, I just get a message on the bottom left of the browser window that says "error on page" with a yellow exclamation mark.
Any ideas what settings I need to adjust to get this to work?
Thanks!
We've not had any problems with IE-8, except where the site we are visiting can't cope with it. The Royal Mail on-line business account was one example of this. To fix it, we had to click on the "ripped page" icon at the top of the browser window just to the right of the url box, which is the backward compability setting. Have you tried that?

Well....(my day isn't going well at all)... for some reason, when I try to print in Firefox, it crashes the browser completely.
No idea why it's started doing this. I go to file --> print and it brings up the print dialogue box with details for my printer etc. As soon as I press the last "print" button, the whole thing crashes. I've tried reinstalling Firefox without success. Luckily, it's not my computer behaving badly but my colleague's.

Well if your getting problems with both IE and Firefox the problem must be with the PC/Operating System. Have you tried a re-boot?
