Shipping Costs

Hi

I'm struggling with 'Shipping Costs' I've had no problem with adding shipping costs to my similar products, all assigned as Shipping Code A. I've added some different products which attract a higher postage/delivery cost. So I've assigned them as Shipping Code B.

Now when I add a product from the lesser postal cost in checkout the 'Personal Information screen displays a drop down box which is empty, when I proceed to the next page it shows the delivey as being the higher value?!?!

I am I missing something, I'm worried about scaring off customers when they get to the checkout stage because the postage amounts don't tally!

The problem was probably that you had product A and product B in the basket at the same time.

What you need is a 3rd "Any" shipping method which will account for this occurrence. Or just make the type B shipping method "Any" instead.
