Hi,
At present our store 1 non-coupon discount.
Our non-coupon discount allows all entitled customers to be exempt from paying VAT. This discount is only applied once the customer has filled out a form explaining their sickness / disabilities. The discount is only applied to products in our 'Continence' product category.
If we were to create a coupon discount based on the same product category - 'Continence' goods, would this be classed as causing a conflict? Or does the conflict only occur if you have two non-coupon discounts being applied to the same category?
In any case, what sort of problems will occur in the event of such a conflict?
Any light you can shed on this subject matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind Regards,
Joe.
