Shipping Mnager

Hi

Today I've had an order from a customer in Southern Ireland, who couldn't complete checkout. I realised that I needed to add a shipping category for EU counties. - with the relevant delivery costs and a unique shipping code . Which I have done, but when I use the Remote Control and Log in as that user the only option that I have available is the original UK only.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

After you selected Add countries in shipping manager, did you also set up your Thresholds? as we get orders from Ireland without a problem

The problem seems to be to do with shipping codes. A DVD product is shipping code A. The EU shipping method is set for shipping code B only.
