Someone had been on the site for over half an hour and viewed over 20 pages, had item in basket. and now gone..

:(

got all excited aswell...

Think on the bright side, your site is intresting enough to grab someone attention for 20 min or more, they may not have bought for other reasons not associated..... me.... I've tried to grab my wifes attention for more than 3 mins but to no avail but, still work in progress ;)

Hi Adam,

You may not have lost the sale.... he (or she) might be thinking about it. If it is a high ticket item the consumer behaviour is often to think about the acquisition. We see it quite a bit with the high end designs on our site... so your customer may be back in the next week or so to place that first order. :)

he/ she reapeared at about 8pm lasat night from the logs and was on for a minute so it may be someone wanting to show family members etc, if a son / daughter is looking for a mother or the older customer wanting to show the son / daughter.

that second is our worst nightmare, unfortunately the son / daughter are what is known as the inheretance control system... in our other company 9 times out of ten we get people wanting to buy and at the last minute the son or daughter cancels the deal.

It might be someone comparing prices with other sites... and being a senior citizen needed to check back for something they had forgotten. Fingers crossed for you that it soon turns into an order.

Enough of the senior citizen comments! they could be just unable to complete a sale because of the erratic internet all this week, thank your lucky stars you haven't lost the orders that Amazon have.

WOOOOOOO got one... first sale today, was called to ask about the product after they found us through google and said that our site was the easiest and most user friendly of the ones they had been on... also that the prices were good....that makes me feel good. and means a big thankyou to all you guys and girls on here for puttin me in the right direction when it came to the site.

im just going out side to run round like a little school girl :P
