Hi Again

I had a customer yesterday who had placed an order, but she couldn't complete the checkout. She reached the PROTEX payment page but this would not load. We went through the process via remote control and completed the purchase on her behalf with no problem. Could this be something to do with the 'firewall' on her system ? I was just wondering if anyone else had has a similar experience?

This definitely wouldn't be a firewall issue, it's difficult to diagnose without knowing her system specs and exactly where the process failed. I haven't heard any similar reports, so let's put it down as "one of those things".
