Hi,
So many ecommerce challenges! First the traffic then the conversion.... I'm doing ok for traffic getting approx 500 visitors a day and the conversion rate has improved of late. It is still too low for my liking but the market I am in (lingerie) is well known for having a low conversion rate because people come to look not buy. :(
But as the conversion has improved in terms of getting people to put something in the cart so the abandonment rate has shot up as well. So much so that I thought maybe there was a very real and new problem in the cart so went through the cart myself. I could find nothing wrong... so here I am hoping to pick some brains and hoping to learn from others experience.
