Rating our shop

Recently there was a posting about rating our shops.

I just created some kind of rating system with http://www.websitetoolbox.com/

Hi Eran,

Looks a bit too busy to me to be honest. What I would like to see is to have 4 or 5 questions and the shopper can then answer each question by clicking on the rating (stars 1 to 5)

Also the shopper can then leave some comments.

I know Neil suggested a solution (have you implemented it Neil?) but if we are unable to link to a independent source such as ekomi I would rather just keep it all in-house so to speak.

I have spoken to Rich and asked him to look into it.

i don't think it looks terrible, but I feel the whole thing could work better. i've not really looked into this so can't really advise alternatives or offer any more help. also the comme ci comme ca thing wears a bit thin afer reading it for the second time.

Can't say I have used ratings or even the reviews on blue park. If I buy a technical product then I will look at customer reviews but think a few customer testemonials to give confidence may be easier solution.

Typo for you: Just spotted a "with" missing (or double you?) in your discalimer

I agree. On receipts we sent out with orders we asked happy customers to send an email to our happy@xxxxxxxx.com address if they were happy! We got LOADS of great comments and now publish them on our site. We're gonna use the same comments on our BP site (soon to launch!):
