Thought I would share am amusing tale, we recently had to rush to Staples to purchase urgent toner cartridges I was not smiling when i came out £55.00 lighter! got home still grumbling when I remembered someone on here sells them and 10 mins later had sorted my order out and next day they arrived - many thanks Dave

The funny bit in case you were wondering - us women take ages to tell a story was when my oh took them back the cashier asked why we were retn to which he replied because they are too bloody expensive here and we have found them lots cheaper and our friendly sales person replied ohhh can you tell me where I need to get some!!!!!!!

Hi Vicki,

You can never be the cheapest all the while but we are very competitive and can usually compete with the big boys like Staples, Viking Etc

One problem we have is some customers think we are too cheap and our products must be compatibles or something.

Had a potential business customer on the phone the other week who had a high end colour laser printer and needed a full set of 4 toners. For the set we were a massive £200 cheaper than their current supplier and despite me doing everything possible to get the business she didn't in her own words want to "risk it, because our prices are much cheaper than anybody else"

So why bother looking in the first place?
