Just wondering if, when you're logged in via remote control, it would be possible to override any settings that prevent backorders ?
We often get people calling to order things that are out of stock that we don't want ordering online without explaining that it could be a while to the customer.
We would find it useful to be able to manually backorder these for the customer using remote control without having to temporarily change settings to get the stuff in their basket!
