If you don't know what this is about, have a read of the Latest Updates (or read the Help page in the Shipping Editor).
In order to assist merchants wanting to make use of this feature, I thought it might be useful to have a thread discussing the various shipping areas and their postcodes. Undoubtedly, different couriers will define areas slightly differently, but the links below will probably be very helpful:

Notice that the last link, to Royal Mail's site, contains postcode definitions in exactly the same format as is required by the Shipping Editor, for example "The Highlands and Islands of Scotland":
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Followed by "Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly":
BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE
