Hi

We sell lots of Personalised Jelly moulds and banners, today for example I had to send out 7 Jelly Moulds. The problem is that when packing the orders, i had to go into each one to check which jelly mould went with each order. Is it possible for the information for personalised items be printed on the invoices ?

The full information is instead provided on the despatch notes.

Hi Rich

We don't use despatch notes, as we have a retail shop as well we pick orders as soon as they come through so we have to print invoice to pick orders, as you can only print despatch notes once the item is despatch. Anything with a personalised item in is pick and put aside until the personalised item is made. so when i have the personalised items arrive i then have to go through each order to find out what belongs where and then when the order is complete i can then despatch it which is when the despatch note is avaialable with the information on it, which is too late for me, and not all personalised items arrive at the same time. Also, i would rather use either invoices or despatch notes and not both as it is a bit wasteful when they provide more or less the same info.

The additional information will now appear on all invoices generated from the Admin Console - the customer will see the "cleaner" invoice. I think this is the best possible balance.
