Adding VAT & Reg Numbers to Invoices

Does anyone know a way of adding our VAT & Company Reg numbers to customer invoices ?

You can do this via site-->configuration, then click on the "company" tab and there is a section called invoice information (this is the 4th "block" down). Just add the info there and it will automatically appear on invoices.

That's correct, the information will effectively appear in the "footer" of the invoice/despatch note.
