I am having customers complain that they are getting messages from the site saying that their credit card has not cleared when they use Protx and 3D from the Blue Park front end but the Protx site takes their money!

It seems only to be on 3D clearance failure they get the message that Blue Park cannot take the order yet the order is placed.

Any one else having these problms?

We have disabled 3D as there were too many 'failed transactions' - customers did not like using it - sorry can't help further, Happy New Year

Whilst we do have the occasional comment from customers complaining about payment completion (which often appears to be a 3D awaiting authoristation issue) on the whole we have minimal issues with it.
