View Full Version : Question re outsourcing article writing

Hi everyone,

I've always done my own copy writing for articles etc. Partly because I think that no one can know my product and business better than me (so arrogant!) and also in the time it would take for me to tell someone about the product and business I can write the article itself. Its been getting increasingly busy and so when I was contacted by a company apparently offering an article writing service I asked them to send me further info. The co. is: adfero.co.uk, based in London E14 and trading as ContentPlus. Rate example £19 an article.

They sent me a single page (quite short) marketing type email which really only left me feeling marketed and not sure whether their offer was a good one or not. My gut instinct I suppose is that at £19 an article it can't be much of an article or service. I used to earn more than that per submission when I wrote women's fiction for magazines more years ago than I am going to admit to! So although I think I shall say "no thank you" to this company, before I do I thought I would take some other views and my questions are: Has anyone heard of them or used them, or used another article writing service and was it worth it?

Thanks

Thanks both for pms. I think I shall carry on writing my own stuff at least for a while. Its proven successful so far. :-) And I'll find something else less critical to delegate.
