Stock Report

Hi

Is it possible to generate a low stock/out of stock report on the system. I currently have it set to receive emails for low stock and no stock but is there anyway I can generate a complete report as this would make reordering a lot quicker.

Why not use export product data in the catalogue option. Just create a custom export and with stock, product code and description.

Run the routine to export to excel.

Open excel and sort by stock quantity ascending.

Thanks, i've tried that and it works to a certain extent.

Only things I need to sort now is "spo" items which are showing as 0 stock, i would prefer these not to show

I also have varying low stock thresholds, for example the low stock threshold for a star wars product would be say 20 packs of plates or cups because it take 2-4 weeks for us to restock, whereas on Bob the Builder the low stock threshold may be 5 packs as we can restock in 3 days. Also bulky items such as pinatas we hold a stock of 4-6(max) as week can restock in 2-3 days and usually we would sell a maximum of 1 per order so the turnover rate is lower than plates etc. so the stock level of these is less than most of the low stock thresholds.
