Product review emails

Hi,

Is everyone still receiving the copy emails automatically sent (at 2.30am) to customers asking for feedback/product reviews post purchase?

I am no longer receiving them and the issue appears to have started for products sold on 23 December. I cannot understand what has happened to stop the emails so would like to know if everyone is still receiving them?

The last one we had was from 23 Dec as well, though our next order was not until 29 Dec, so with a 14 day delay before this is due, it should only go out this weekend, so I'll keep an eye out and see if it get sent.

What time delay do you have before the feedback request is sent out?
