This is probably more a thread for Rich at Bluepark.

Have you ever thought of running a training day? With three kids and two businesses on the go we feel that we are not getting the full beneifts of Bluepark. We love the system but by the time we have sorted out the kids, picked the orders, goods receipted the latest supplier deliveries, etc we have very little time for delving into the functionality of Bluepark. From the postings on the forum we are very much a "beginner" in terms of using Bluepark, even though we have been using the system for almost a year.

Obviously we would expect to pay for the training day and materials, but the benefits we feel would far outweigh the costs! It would also be a good opportunity to meet other users of Bluepark.

Regards

Rob

A face-to-face training session is something we would very much like to consider for the future, but unfortunately it's not yet feasible considering the resources we currently have available. Needless to say, we are committed to providing comprehensive support mechanisms for our clients, hence the introduction of the New User Guide and these discussion forums last year. When time and resources permit, we will certainly consider this next step.

Ha,ha. I am always going on at Rich to do some training as we only use a bit of what this website is capable of. I am in the same situation as I work part-time too so it is snatching time to do anything. I would love to do so much but don't have the time or skill to work out how to do it. Come on Rich, we could meet anywhere, in your kitchen, al little room somewhere, bring a lap top and learn. I don't care about the surroundings as long as I learn how to do stuff better. You're not far from me either. An intensive morning would do it.
