When i export orders it does not include an additions column so the only way to see if there are additions is view the invoice. Can the additions field be added so the addition can be 'picked' at the same time?

Thanks.

Adding/removing columns with regard to the order export is something we're now trying to avoid, as many of our clients are running automated jobs on this file's existing format. The order export is really intended for accounting purposes, rather than picking. The Additions feature is varied in its use, in that it can contain just one line or multiple additions (including form data!).

Putting in an Additions column will cause a number of problems in terms of formatting the file (perhaps not in your case, but certainly in others). The best (and intended) method for picking products is to use the batch invoice printing feature.

Doesn't this mean unnecessary printing of invoices.
We don't actually print any invoices as these are available to Customers as PDF's if required.
We do however batch print the delivery notes and use these as picking lists. The downside here is that you then need to complete the orders as the confirmation emails re delivery are released and the despatch notes are dated as well.

On that note is there any way of removing the the information lines that appear on the despatch notes (ie date, url and number (1 of 6 etc)) other than trimming them off after printing.

If you mean the form data associated with some Additions, then you can now remove this from despatch notes (as you can with invoices) in Site -> Configuration: Order.

I think what you're referring to here is to do with the way your printer is set up rather than Bluepark itself (if I've read it correctly). You can change this easily by loading the despatch note up, then going to file-->print-->page setup and then look for the header / footer set up and delete any info in there or making sure they all say "blank" if it's a drop-down menu. I think that the exact settings will depend on your browser and / or printer. Once you've done it once, the settings should stay the same (on the same computer anyway).

Just what I was looking for. Thanks l-l!
