Are we able to use FTP with bluepark? when I type my ftp address in, it's asks for a logon and password, but it's not the same as my admin one.

The answer is yes (I use ftp all the time), but Rich needs to give you an id and password, which are different to the admin ones.

If you still have the order completed e-mail from Bluepark which confirmed they had setup your site you will be ok as this contains the ftp login & password.

Otherwise you will need to contact Richard.
