Having migrated from another well known e-commerce package I can not get used to the small amount of activity on this forum compared to the competition.

There may well be fewer members compared to competitor forums but as far as I am concerned it just goes to show how good Bluepark is.

Sure you get a lot of dribble on forums (like this post) but a lot of posts on competitor forums relate to software errors, speed problems and the software just not being flexible enough to cater for peoples requirements.

Bluepark deserve a lot of credit for bringing such an excellent package to the market which gives us time to market our business and not constantly firefight.

Have said all the above this forum is sooooooo lonely :(

Regards,

Dave

Like Pete & Dave I check the forum regularly and I must agree there seem to be few issues that need resolving. It's a bit disappointing when there is nothing going on!

I don't have any experience of other e-commerce programmes but I am extremely impressed with Bluepark and am very happy to add my endorsement.

Also always looking for any good marketing inititatives that work for other Blueparkers.

We offered 10 free prizes recently to a magazine promotion and used the Gift Voucher application to fulfil. It's allowed the winners to select items of their choice rather than a random selection as suggested by the magazine in question. Hence another 10 (hopefully!) satisfied customers.

Whilst on - how do others find the affiliate programme?

I am thinking about going into Affiliate sales, so I would also be interested in hearing about the experiences of others.

Does it bring more traffic/sales, how do you decide who to accept as an affiliate, what percentage commission is reasonable etc.?

Hi everyone, I check the forum almost everyday so if anyone wants to get something off their chest eg the kids are driving you mad, can never find a parking space; it won't fall on deaf ears!

Dave - I couldn't agree more.

Having migrated from Craptinic, it's great to have have forum with very little action, it reflects on the quality of the software that we are all busy working, rather than complaining about bugs or missing features.
Take a look at the Actinic forum and see what a sad place it is, then be thankful you had the sense to use Bluepark, over there they just had V9 released in Beta, still with no Googlecheckout capabilty!! only taken them a year to release this great upgrade!!
All opinions and comments are my own and not the responsibilty of Bluepark in any way.
