We are getting good customer reviews but it is only against one item in an order. Could there be an ability added for the punter to give the same review to every product in their order, our often talk simply about the company rather than the individual product and it would really help populate the site.

This sounds like you're looking for a "site review" feature as opposed to product review, we'll certainly consider this for the future.
