Hi everyone,

I have downloaded the trial version of BP and just getting to the end of the first week.

I worked in IT for Dell and Mesh as a consultant and business installer for a number of years gaining all my experience in the field and never got qualifications.

I became seriously ill around 7 years ago and it left me with a progressive disease; so not working, I went back to collage and gained my qualifications, better than sitting feeling sorry for your self.;)
I started doing websites which kept the old grey matter going as a non profit concern for friends and family and that’s been happening for around 8 years now; my partner has looked after me for those years and tolerated my tanties, bless her.

So at times my medication is strong so my posts to threads can be a little
Sometimes its easier of you understand the reason for the odd spelling and grammar.

So always wanting to return to work and constantly searching for something I could do from home and manage with my health and medication; my better half said I would love a shop. Eureka:D I’ve always wanted to get my head round e-commerce.

Here we are then looking at building an online presence and currently stalking BP: I’m also playing with a software package that I have uploaded to my server to compare and learn from.

Well waffle over if yah still here thanks for listening and hello to you.

Welcome :)

Bluepark really is a fantastic solution for anyone starting up in ecommerce, or for those who have been in it for years! Switching to it when we did a year ago was the best move we ever made for our business, I havent looked back. Would highly recommend starting with it from day one though- would have saved a lot of headache for us if Id have known about it from the beginning! :)

We now have 3 sites running on BP.... Im addicted! lol

Welcome Cobra

I think most of us here would echo Laura's comments. You can't go wrong with Bluepark, but if somehow you do there are plenty of helpful people here who will soon get you back on the right track.

It might be helpful to you to say what the software package is, I'm sure you will get some sound advice about it.

Moving to Bluepark is the best decision we made.

Colin

Sometimes late at night, our 'medication' can also make posts a little hard to follow!
