Using seperate meta descriptions on different products...

I would like to have a meat description on my products so that they aren't using the default site one.

Something like...

Buy Athens 2004 for PS2 from TheGameCupboard.com and receive free delivery...



Only problem is, I don't want to have to type this out for each product.
Is there a way of having it so I can type:

"Buy %ProductTitle% from the blah blah blah. Does anyone know if these % things work for that?

It will only take you a minute or two to do it, view source and get the answer!

The "%" variables don't work globally across the entire source code. The useable ones are listed throughout the Admin Console. It would take too long for the server to scan/replace the entire code for every viewed page, so these variables are used in specific places.

You could use the Meta Data Groups section to create groups of meta data as opposed to using just one default one throughout the site.
