Hiding or making options inactive

Another feature request!

Just as you can hide products by making them inactive would it be possible to also have the choice to hide options (such as colour or size) within a product without having to make the product inactive?

Hmm, this one would be a little tricky as it would disrupt the variant matrix. If you want to make a variant temporarily unavailable for order, you can set the price to "zero".
