Wordpress hacking

Anyone else been hit by this? Our blog hosts have taken them all down to try and protect all their clients.

Know loads of people that have been hacked today, feel so sorry for them.

I haven't been hacked on it yet, but I did receive a LOT of spam messages each day for a week, about 2 weeks ago now. Considering I was on around 100 visits a day; 20 spam messages was quite a lot!
