Big Problem with two for one offer

Hi Got a problem if a customer orders an item on two for one it is ok and works however if they then order another item on a two for one it is doubling the discount and agin each time a different item is added until it is costing me to send out this has only started to happen today and its costing me money Phone line is engaged can some one help

I would suggest you send an email asap as well as continuing to try and contact by phone. You could always disable your checkout as a temporary measure in the meantime.

Thanks:( Dave but I got through to Richard and while we were talking the shopping basket just suddenley corrected after having waited 1 and half hours. The original customers basket didnt change back though.... so no explanation but just better keep an eye out to see if it happens again ho hum
