Orders In Progress

Guys,

How do you manage your 'Orders In Progress' section??

I normally leave them in there for a month then clear (ie delete) them out. I feel if the customer hasnt come back within a month to complete the purchase then I guess they wont bother.

Also, is there a way of clear them out en mass rather then deleting individually??

Just for info, they're actually deleted automatically after 3 months.
