Hi,

I have an order that was processed as an offline order but I notice that once it's been shipped, it automatically gets marked as paid and I cannot change it to unpaid. As the customer was ordering on behalf of a school and will pay later, is there a way I can change it to unpaid and still processing?

This was an oversight, you can now do this with offline payments (switch the order to Pending and Unpaid).
