Hi, I wonder if anyone out there can help me?

We often receive goods back that require a refund, at the moment we track the refund by writing an admin note against the order with the refund info i.e transaction ID, amount etc.

We then write the customer an email to inform them that their returned goods have been received and a refund has been processed for £x amount.

Is there any way within Bluepark for this process to more automated so that the customer is automatically informed/emailed when the refund is made.

I am probably missing something very simple, but it appears that the automated email is only sent when the order has been dispatched/part dispatched or completed.

Many thanks, Andy

Hi Andy,

This feature is not currently available in Bluepark although it is something that Rich is considering as a future enhancement.

Thanks Dave, I should probably have searched through the forum prior to asking the question!

Will vote for the enhancement though:)
