What shipping companies do you use?

I am trying to look for the most competitive parcel delivery companies, and wondered what other people use and are pleased with

I send mainly within the UK, but also every now and again around to the states etc. Also, Scotland, ireland etc

I used to use Fastway, use parcel force and also the normal royal mail

I send heavy items on a regular basis - up to 2kgs and then over 2kgs - deciding which company to use on an individual basis

any information would be gratefully received
