Phone Call Request button?

Can anyone recommend one of those services where you enter your phone number for a call back? Are these a good idea?

Could you use the form manger to create a contact request form? users simply enter their number, preferred time of day (if not straight away) the form is submitted, your emailed instantly & you can deal with the call. Sounds like a good idea :)

No, what I require is something automatic that connects the call for you. i.e. It dials your number and then a recorded message says you have a call and you press 1 to connect.
