Hi
Can anyone tell me how to set up ShopTalk so that the customer can initiate the conversation. I saw this on the Bluepark site "ShopTalk can also be presented in the form of an invitation to all customers, meaning that anyone can initiate a chat session at any time, providing you are online and available to participate", but I cannot find it - no doubt not looking in the right place!
