Hi

Can anyone tell me how to set up ShopTalk so that the customer can initiate the conversation. I saw this on the Bluepark site "ShopTalk can also be presented in the form of an invitation to all customers, meaning that anyone can initiate a chat session at any time, providing you are online and available to participate", but I cannot find it - no doubt not looking in the right place!

All you need to do is to click the green "speech bubble" on the Home page of your Admin Console to launch ShopTalk. This will add a section at the top of each page, allowing customers to initiate a conversation. When you close the ShopTalk window, or you enter into a conversation with a user, this will disappear.

However, multiple admins on multiple machines can have simultaneous conversations.

I knew that I'd seen it somewhere - just didn't realise how under my nose it actually was!
