Hi Paul

You use Site/E-Mail Accounts menu option to create your domain email addresses. Then use Site/E-Mail Forwarders to forward anyone using your domain e-mail address (e.g. sales@mydomain.co.uk) to any other email address that you might normally use.

Hi Pete,

Thanks for the reply. I'm still on a beta site so i guess i will see the emails options once i transfer and go live.

Cheers,
Paul

That's right, the E-Mail Accounts and E-Mail Forwarders sections appear in the Site menu once you've gone live - it's not possible to access these functions on a Betapark site. The current allowances are 10 POP3/SMTP accounts and up to 100 forwarders - plush the catch-all address. You also have access to the excellent RoundCube Webmail client.

With regards to the webmail client how do we add a customised footer to outgoing emails. The automated emails all have the correct footer (as added in bluepark settings) but there doesnt seem to be an option to add a footer to the outgoing emails sent from within the webmail client?

Hi,

When logged into the webmail client click Personal Settings (top right) and then identities. Select your e-mail address and then it gives you options for signature etc

Hope this helps

Thanks, knew it must be there somewhere but I didn't think to click on the email address which then opens up the appropriate boxes!

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: Tried it but keep getting error code Error No. [0x01F4] when I try to save the sig??

Hi,

Sorry I don't know what that error code means.

Are you trying to do anything special with the signature field?

I have put in the usual contact type stuff in the signature and saved it and it works fine with no problems.

Will have to contact Rich, it appears to only display the error code when I insert an apostrophe into the text? i.e I can have Leonards but not Leonard's??
