Can I test as though from foreign countries

Hi

I would like to test various shipping options/charges that I want to set up for foreign customers. Is there any way I can simulate a visit from another country location so that I can see what affect it has on the shipping charges?

I can't think of one, country detection is done via the connecting IP. There's probably a way of using a public proxy server, but you'd need to spend some time investigating in order to do this.

EDIT: Wait, I re-read this and noticed you're asking about shipping. You can do this just by checking out and setting your country (billing, or delivery if you're using it) to the one you want to test.
