Intergrated Labels - Help!

Guys,

For those of you using intergrated labels, Im in need of help.

Ive spent hours setting up the template etc but only some of my invoices show the customer/delivery address ???? Some are fine some are just blank.

Im assuming it might be to do with the sizing etc which is why it isnt showing on some but Ive spent literally hours sizing, resizing and resizing again, changing font size, adjusting margins etc without success.

I know its something really simple but I cant for the life of me see whats causing it. Help before I pull out what hair Ive got!!!!

Hi, if you copy your text here from the source code I will take a look over the weekend. I can't promise a positive result however these things often resolve themselves eventually.

Thanks for the offer but the penny finally dropped at about midnight last night.....:mad:

I was using 2 labels, 1 for the return address and 1 for the shipping address ie %shipping_address_1

This is fine if the customer has a different shipping address to the billing address. If the billing/shipping address is the same them the shipping label remains blank as the software takes the billing address ie %billing_address as the shipping address.

Have now amended the label template to show Billing address on label 1 and Shipping address on label 2.

Im sure theres a way of still having the return address and get label 2 to show either the billing or shipping address but my head hurts at the moment....:D
