Hi some advice needed, please. I want to start sending out a news letter to our customer base, not just BP customers. I'd like to track different classes of customer - trade / retail, for example.

Is there a stand out best app for this - I've seen a few different services mentioned on the forum.

I would appreciate your recommendation.

I've just had a call from Sagepay giving me an update on the latest product releases etc.

They've been telling me about "Tokenisation" which is basically where customers only have to input their details (address / card details etc) into your site once and then Sagepay remember them for future purchases. They say that this does reduce the number of abandoned carts (of which we have quite a few). Cost £20 per month.

Does anyone else use this on their BP site and have you a. found it easy to install and b. has it reduced the amount of abandoned carts (do you think?)

Many thanks

Hi there

I just wondered if anyone could give me some advice... we have just despatched an order to Austria but have now received an email from the customer cancelling the order because it was a mistake. The package has now gone and I don't quite know whether to process a refund and ask for it to be returned or advise him that it's too late, the problem is that the postage cost was pretty high... we haven't had this type of scenario happen before, any suggestions gratefully received.

Many thanks in advance
Laura

I've just opened a business account on ebay in order to shift a load of stock that we can't offload on the website. I've just set up a listing and have selected the "returns not accepted" option, but everytime I try to save it, it says that I must complete this field. I have !!! I don't accept returns on items sold through ebay !! But it won't let me go any further unless I select the "Returns accepted" option, which I really don't want to do.

Any ideas :o
