    Default Shopping Basket

    Hi

    I've noticed recently that when we have someone on our site who has put an item in their shopping basket, that the 'Basket Items' in 'Site Statistics' it shows that they have 2 items when in fact it is only one?

    Amyone has anyone else experienced this?

    Colin- I think this happens when the customer has a voucher / coupon code in the basket. The coupon code counts as one item and the "real" item is the second thing in the basket.

    This was indeed the case, however the number shown will now be correct (without counting the coupon/voucher).
