    Question Uploading Images

    Hi

I am currently in the tryout of BluePark and I'm trying to upload images.

I am using the same logins and the administartion panel, and I'm using Dreamweaver 8 to upload. I need to know.
    1. The host directory
    2. whether the FTP host is the right address.
    3. etc.

I have attached a file that explains it better than I can

    Regards
    Hoppy

If you follow the link in the top right hand corner 'Your Files' in the BP manager. Then you will see an email icon - click this and it will send you an email with your FTP URL, password etc.

Use this and you should be OK.

I would be inclined to remove the JPEG (edit your thread) as it may show some sensitive information. You should've received your FTP info in an email from Bluepark.

If you look at your email you will see that the information you are entering anyway for FTP is incorrect. PM me (don't put it on a public forum) if you're still unsure.

By the way, on your FTP tool I would advise not to save the password but to type it in each time incase someone ever gained access to your computer.

    Hi

I'm currently working on my new website, and am trying to find a way of uploading images via FTP, however when I went to "Your Files" as Jonathan suggested above, I do not see any email icon in the right hand corner (nor anywhere else on the screen) - is there something I might have missed when editing the settings of the site? Any help would be most appreciated

    thanks in advance

    Sumit

The FTP user/password should be on the original email from BP when your test site was set up or your real site went live (depending on which site you're now using).

If you don't have the email, email Richard and he will send you the information.
