Adding an order

Hello

If a customer orders by phone, I can add them as a customer but how do I add an order to their profile? I have quite a few customers who prefer to order by phone but can't work out how to add an order on their behalf.

I use the MOTO function for this...works very well for this...the little mobile phone Icon top right of your admin panel

If the customer already has an account you can find them in the User Manager & use their own personal MOTO button.

It's located on the far right of the User Manager page under the "Action" column heading. This basically starts a MOTO session signed into that user's account.
