Bad Quality Traffic

Hi All,

in an attempt to increase traffic to my site I stupidly bought some from a site called revisitors. In all fairness they did provide traffic however it was the lowest quality possible. in about 20 minutes 200 people from all over the UK hit my site but none looked at more then 1 page and none stayed more than 15 seconds. Has anybody else had any experience with companies like this and if so do you get ANY conversions. I feel I have been stung and now realise there is no quick solution to quality traffic other then hard work and perseverance.

I cancelled the subscription following 1 day and have paused the traffic so it doesn't carry on all month. I am also thinking this traffic could be detremental to the image of the company.

IMH these traffic schemes are a scam. You would be better putting the money into an adwords campaign. As far as being detrimental to the image of your company, there could be an issue with an increased bounce rate but as you have stopped the scheme it is unlikely.
