    Hi Terry,

Couldn't you do it via product export? Set up a new export, call it stock list and include whichever fields you need, SKU, Product Title and Quantity in Stock, are the ones that spring to mind.

I could actually Lisa - yes...I will give that a go. Doing exports scare me rigid for some reason, - but I will have a try...might even surprise myself :-)

    Cheers

The file should be in CSV format which will be associated with Excel. Double click the file and it should open in Excel.

Thanks RD...still cant get it to open in excel! It has csv delimiter as comma, and csv enclosure as double quotes...does this make a difference?

Hi Terry, The 'quantity in stock' field should show quantities for products and variants.
