Product Images - Populate

I created an image 450x450 pixles and around 78KB in memory i uploaded it now the problem i'm having is the populate does not seems to be working for me.

Does anyone know of any reason this might be happening?

Hi Alex,

The populate function 'remembers' your previous values, if you've used them, so you don't have to put them in every time but you have to enter them yourself the first time. Try putting some values into either the width or height boxes and then saving and see what happens.

Hey Lisa

So I should have done this right at the beginning when it wasn't working. Can't believe i didn't try retyping them.
Normally it inputs the value's the moment i click 'populate'.
