Create Flexible Forms

Forms are ideal to collect customer data or feedback. The Form Editor simplifies this daunting task by preparing forms according to the fields you specify and allowing you to provide an email address at which to receive the submissions. Form data may also be collected in a database which may be exported to a CSV file.

From within the Custom Forms section, forms may be copied and modified, reducing the need to create many similar forms from scratch.
