Just to update the thread, the issue was caused by my not having a shipping method available for the UK without an unspecified fulfillment day, all resolved now Thanks to everyone and BP Tech support...

Thanks, when I change this products quantity between "zero" "1 or more" and "SPO" zero gives an out of stock message, 1 or more allows adding to basket and ordering but only SPO throws up the error...

Thanks, I think you may be right as I did update shipping methods recently, will go back thru everything, I have changed all SPO items to zero quantity for now until I find out what is wrong.
