Shiptheory are pretty awesome. we use them via a customised booking app and api, but they are integrated with BP.

Click and Drop is a Royal Mail built integration, not BP. You'll be hard pressed to get them to change anything.... i tried and gave up....

We have this as well. Definitely needs looking at, am sure there's settings that need putting in place, but whether its BP or our job, im not sure.

Which courier is that? Because we have virtually every courier on site every day and no one has signed for at least a month.... all been hands off and just left.

This could be an interesting one when every courier and delivery company that YOU choose to send by is using hands off delivery. I haven't found one that is operating with signatures yet....

This is already available through the integrations.... BP need to let someone else have the hassle and concentrate on their own web store software.
