Question new fields in new account form

    Hi all,

just had an arguement with the search on here, was telling me i wasnt putting enough words in the search box...

is there a way of adding options to the new account form, we need to record how tall and how heavy a customer is, to make sure that the chair or bed they buy is going to be suitable for them..

    thanks,

    Adam

No, this additional information is presented after the customer has completed the Personal Information section.

The example given is to collect general information but the theory is exactly the same using forms/additions/products if you want to restrict it to certain products.

Have you ticked all products in the addition? If not it will only display for products which have the addition assigned to them.

You must be doing something wrong because honestly it works!
